Why do you do what you do? Sometimes we do things because it’s tradition, conventional wisdom, or popular. We unconsciously develop habits that may not help us be as effective as we can be. I am on a mission to help people rethink why they do what they do, especially when it comes to health and wellness.
Rethink why you eat, sleep, and move. You eat for fuel and nutrients (and for pleasure.. we’ll get to this, but focus on the fundamentals). You sleep for rest and repair. You move for full body functionality and strength and for fun.
Is what you’re eating really fueling you? Is 6 hours of sleep really providing you enough rest to take on the day? Do you feel good moving in your body?
